Blue Sheep Coffee Skills is the educational branch of Blue Sheep Coffee Roastery, founded on over a decade of experience in the Nepali coffee industry. Our founder, Mahendra Gurung, an Authorized SCA Trainer (AST), has been a cornerstone of the industry since 2013 — working directly with farmers, training professionals, improving quality standards, and inspiring a generation of coffee experts in Nepal.
